Marketing Intern

Production Specialist

How We Work

To help us accomplish our mission we are looking for a full-time (40 hrs/week) Production Specialist to join our team. As a member of our operations team you will play a major role in providing our customers with an inspiring and easy out of the box experience.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Check-in incoming inventory
  • Pick, pack and ship new orders
  • Restock and shift inventory as directed by the Warehouse Manager
  • Help maintain our warehouse 100% up to specification

Controller

Inventables is building its reputation as the leading provider of 3D carving tools used to design and manufacture a product. We’re looking for a detail-oriented person to help build our accounting and finance departments. You are currently an ambitious Accounting Manager looking for the next step in your career. It will be your job as Controller to manage the month end close, inventory management, payroll processing, sales tax filing, monthly reporting and annual budgeting. You will report directly to the CEO and be a key member of the management team.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong finance or accounting background. You will need to work in a digital accounting system (we use Quickbooks and will be moving to an ERP solution) and be comfortable with accounting concepts and reporting.
