hi, i have tried cutting this twice & they dont slot together. the tabs are all the exact same size which causes it to just hit. is there something i am missing

When using the box maker app, make sure that you measure your bit's actual cutting diameter and the material thickness, then set those in the project BEFORE you generate the pieces.
