Setup and Carve

open in easel and make sure all your settings are correct

Easel setup:

When you open this in easel please make sure and check all your settings as mine may not work for you

Roughing Pass

Saftey Height: .150"
Step over: 40%
Feedrate: 45 in/min
Depth of cut per pass: .0625"
Depth of total cut: .050"
material thickness: .25"
Material type: Birch Plywood
Bit Size: .125"
Bit Type: solid carbide 2 Flute straight flat end mill

Detail Pass:

Saftey Height: .150"
Step over: 40%
Feedrate: 15 in/min
Depth of cut per pass: .015625
Depth of total cut: .050"
material thickness: .25"
Material type: Birch Plywood
Bit Size: .03125"
Bit Type: solid carbide 2 Flute upcut flat end mill

It would save alot of time if you do a roughing pass with an .125" bit and then go back and do a detail pass with a .03125" bit I will provide a roughing Gcode file and Detail Gcode file above make sure and have this feature turned on in easel by asking for access in this thread on the Inventables forum with the link below
