Cut parts in (3) passes

180 minutes

-Set up with a 1/16" Solid Carbide Fish Tail bit.
-Insert and secure a 8″ × 12″x .25" sheet of Corian material.
-Cut (3) passes using the associated .svg files

First pass – outer pattern
Second pass – pattern through cuts (this will take a couple hours)
Final pass – cut outline to release the part

Sand the edges smooth. If you’ve added tabs, remove them completely. Corian is very easy to sand so go easy. We used an old sheet of 150 grit and were able to quickly smooth out the edges with a block.

2

Create a mold

60 minutes

We did a simple two part mold using clay and 3/4" plywood. This allowed us to easily clamp the parts rather than wrestling with a vacuum bag. The bag may be necessary if you want a more complex form.

3

Heat for 25 minutes in a 325 degree oven

30 minutes

Place the part on a cookie sheet (Use parchment paper to line the sheet. This will keep the nasty chemicals out of the chocoloate chip cookies and will generally impress your mom.)

Place into a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 325 degrees.

4

Clamp and cool

45 minutes

Place the part in your mold. Take care to mark and center the part in the mold. Use a few spring clamps for making easy adjustments. Allow to cool for 45 minutes or until its cool to the touch.

5

Finish

15 minutes

Release from the mold and sand any areas that need a final touch. Since our mold was open at the bottom, we sanded the bottom of the part flat using a sanding block to keep it from wobbling. Boom.

Brian, I just downloaded the .zip file and all (3) files were in there. Maybe try again.
