Innovation Engineer
What is Inventables looking for?
We're looking to add an energetic, intelligent, and creative individual to help clients succeed using Inventables. In this role you will provide internal support to our customers and our Client Engagement Mangers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with sample requests, technology reports, Eyes and Ears reports. You will also interact with vendors and inventors, and participate in selecting items to be featured by Inventables. To succeed in this position, you should have the desire to grow in a small company environment, strong verbal and organizational skills, and an engaging personality. A technical background is necessary to understand and communicate Inventables technologies to clients.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in mechanical engineering
- A confident, pleasant, and helpful phone manner
- Desire to do what it takes to put clients in a position to succeed
- Above average technical competence and a strong academic record
- An understanding of consumer product development
- The uncommon mix of intelligence, verbal agility, analytical thinking, and diplomacy which allows you to rapidly earn the trust of Inventables clients and vendors
- The ability to create systems and processes
